About Lilla Rose:

We’ve been in the hair goods business since 1992 when my wife wanted that first pair of beaded chopsticks. She bought the materials to make them but then decided to go get the expensive ones at Nordstrom instead. I took her materials, fascinated by what they were selling for and started making them myself by hand in the garage. Enthusiastic, admiring friends bought them up. Suppliers referred us to contacts with major retailers nationwide and, several million pairs later, everlasting success was assured… almost.

Product Review: Slice, Inc.

I had the opportunity to try out the entire line of Slice, Inc. products, and let me tell you there wasn’t a single one that I don’t love!  I’m still waiting to try out a few of them as they aren’t tools that I use often in the kitchen, but I definitely need to start as it would mean that we’re eating at least a little bit healthier!

Out of all of the products, I would have to say that my favorite so far is the Precision Cutter.  I was able to use it when I was putting paper down on the shelves in my cupboards, to open packages, shrink wrap and more!  It’s also great for things like scrapbooking because you can cut very precisely with it.  The nifty cap on it makes it great to throw it in my checked luggage when I’m traveling because you never know when you might need to open something!  How often have we all been stuck without something to use while we’re traveling?
